Purley Ladies Surrey successes 2025

Jane Seymour  and Ursula Wharf beat Margaret Smith and Teresa Orris (Sutton) and are through to the Semi Finals of Surrey Pairs
Ursula Wharf, Pam Stuttard, Dorothy Roberts & Jane Seymour beat a team from Cranleigh and are through to the Semi Finals of the Surrey Fours
Mary Roe, Carolyn Reynolds & Jane Harding played their Surrey Triples Q/F at Egham on Friday 18th July but were narrowly beaten.
Ursula Wharf is also through to the Q/F of the Surrey 2 wood singles which will be played on Monday 21st July.

 

Other successes worthy of note:

Ursula Wharf lost to Yasmina from Burpham in the Q/F of the Surrey Ladies Singles

Jane Harding was selected as reserve for England in the British Bowls Para Series.

Paul Dobbs and Conrad De Sousa won a number of rounds in the Surrey Singles and Unbadged Singles, respectively, and narrowly missed gaining their County badges.

Mandy Power alongside her son Peter from Purley Bury were beaten in the Area final of the National Family Pairs .
