Ladies and Gentlemen.

In the first “Away” competition of the season, on the 21 st October 2026, a team from Purley represented Croydon in the Better Club Games event at the Copper Box Arena in Short Mat Bowls. The team finished a credible 2nd place, losing only in the final.

Purleys 2nd place was a significant contributing factor in Croydon winning the overall tournament for the 2nd year running.

Well done Purley and Team Croydon.

Kind regards.
