Another tight match for Purley.

We achieved our first win of the season with a win on one rink and lost narrowly on 2 however Purley managed a significant aggregate score victory to secure the extra points.

03/05/2026 – Purley visited Shirley Park for their 2nd match of the 2026 season.

Shots score   ==> Shirley Park 46 – Purley 42

Points Score ==> Shirley Park 7 Purley 3

League Position ==> 6th (4 Points)

In a tight match on a heavy green Shirley Park and Purley shared the spoils in rink wins/draws but Shrley Park triumphed with a higher aggregate shot score.

25/04/2026 – Purley have started the 2026 ESL Division 2 season with a loss at home to Epsom.

Points Score ==> Purley 1 – Epsom 9

League Position ==> 8th (1 Point)

We lost 2 rinks whilst one rink were able to bag a point. Unfortunately a heavy loss to start the season with.
